Mega Sale Terms and Conditions
Dear Customer,
To serve you better and provide a pleasant experience through Mega Sale, please note our Mega Sale terms and conditions below. All original terms & conditions of eXtra apply during MEGA SALE 2023.
Payment & Buying during Mega Sale:
- Payments in Mada & Credit cards will be available, and credit card installment options (transaction charges apply to credit card installments) will be also available and are subject to the bank offers.
- Cash on Delivery will not be available on selected products during MEGA SALE.
- Collect from store will be ready for collection from the selected store within 2 hours during stores opening.
- Collect from store will not be available on the 19th of OCT, 2023, and will be continued as of the 20th of OCT, 2023.
- Maximum quantity allowed for large appliances is 10 pieces from the same item per customer.
- Maximum quantity allowed for ACs is 10 pieces from the same item per customer.
- Maximum quantity allowed for TVs is 10 pieces from the same item per customer.
- Maximum quantity allowed for any other product is 2 pieces from the same item per customer (might be reduced to 1 piece based on stock availability).
- Maximum line item in basket is 15 per invoice.
Mega Sale Home Delivery:
- Delivery date is an estimated time frame and is subject to change based on location. Estimated delivery dates are published on product details pages. Accurate delivery dates, based on your product selection and desired delivery location, are displayed during the checkout process.
- If the customer cannot be contacted, then the delivery date will be affected and accordingly the delivery might be canceled or rescheduled automatically. The customer still can reach the call center to change the booking date and time according to the terms and conditions.
- The customer can change their scheduled appointment at any time before the actual appointment day without any additional charge. If the customer wants to change their appointment on the scheduled day, a re-schedule fee of 10 bd will be charged.
- On the day of the appointment if the customer is not on site 15 minutes after the installation team has arrived, the installation appointment will be canceled, and the customer must call Extra Customer Services and re-book the appointment at a cost of 10 bd.
Delivery Charges for Orders and Minimum Shopping Cart Value
- Delivery Charges: Free delivery on orders over 9.9 bd | Delivery charged at 1.5 bd on orders 9.9 bd and below.
- No Minimum Shopping Cart Value during Mega Sale is applied.
Large Item Delivery (Including Air Conditioners)
- Delivery Charges: Free except the following:
- Split AC installation charges might be applied for installation based on the customer's selection.
- Any required accessories that might be needed for proper installation.
- Delivery applies only in Bahrain city.
- The customer is kindly requested to ensure that the site is ready for proper installation (civil work, decoration & electricity).
My Shopping Cart:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items selected per person, per household, or per order on 'My shopping cart.'
eXtra reserves the right to cancel bulk and trade orders. Canceled orders will be communicated to the purchaser and refunded as per Extra's refund policy.
Returns, Exchange & Refund:
- All submitted refund requests during the Mega sale would take 7-14 working days based on the payment method used in the purchasing process.
- For Online Customers, in case you are not satisfied with your product, or the product is defective, you can request to return the product within 15 days from the date you receive your order, by calling the call center or reaching us on social media pages as well as visiting the nearest store.
- For Open-Box returns, eXtra accepts only the "unsealed" products in its original packaging with its full accessories in a condition of "Not used" for the product, noting that 30% will be deducted from the value of returned products.
- In case the customer wants to return an order that includes free gifts, due to any reasons, the customer has to return the free items (gifts) or the company has the right to deduct the gifts' value from the total order if the customer used/opened the free gift.
- While preparing for a return, the product must be in its original packing with a full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged because of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection.
To Be Excluded:
- Software, video games are non-returnable.
- Due to hygienic reasons Health & Beauty products (shavers, epilators, oral/dental care...) are not subject to any return, replacement, or refund, unless found defective within (14) days.
- Printers, faxes, copy machines, supplies, and accessories are not subject to any return, replacement, or refund, unless found defective within (14) days.
Price Match Policy during the Mega Sale:
For Stores Customers & online customers. Customers who have purchased using Cash payment, Mada Cards, Credit Cards they will get the price difference as CASH, once they visit the nearest store for applying the terms and conditions for Price Match Policy, where this applies on the invoices starting of 10th OCT 2023.
