This offer is exclusive to existing and new customers who make eligible purchases through the eXtra website or mobile application in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using the “Baseeta” service provided by United Company for Financial Services (“Tas’heel Finance”).
The offer is valid from 23 August 2026 until the end of 5 September 2026.
To benefit from the offer, customers must satisfy all of the following conditions:
The customer’s “Baseeta” account must be active and in good standing at the time of the purchase transaction.
The purchase transaction must be completed successfully through the eXtra website or mobile application by entering the customer’s “Baseeta” card details at checkout, without using any other payment method during the Promotion Period.
The promo code BASEETA must be entered and applied at checkout.
No other payment method may be used, including Apple Pay, Mada Pay, loyalty program points, or any other payment solutions.
Customers will receive an additional 10% discount on eligible products, up to a maximum discount of € 200 per eligible product, regardless of whether such products are subject to other discounts or promotional offers.
The offer does not apply to the following products and services:
All pre-order and newly released devices.
Smart cards, prepaid recharge cards, gift cards, and similar products.
All “Last Piece” and “As Is” products.
eXtra Services.
Jood Membership.
To be eligible for the offer, the value of the eligible purchase must be at least € 100 before applying the discount under this offer.
Each customer may benefit from the offer a maximum of two (2) times during the Promotion Period.
The offer applies to a maximum of two (2) units of the same product per invoice.
Certain products available exclusively online may be excluded from the offer. Customers should check the relevant product page to confirm whether the Baseeta discount is applicable.
The offer is available to Saudi citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who meet the eligibility requirements and the terms and conditions applicable to the “Baseeta” service, in addition to the specific terms and conditions of this offer.
Neither Tas’heel Finance nor eXtra shall be responsible for the unavailability of any products eligible for the offer or for such products being out of stock with the supplier.
The offer is not valid for purchases made outside eXtra stores, purchases made through “Clix” branches located inside Panda stores, cash withdrawals, or electronic wallet top-ups.
The offer may not be availed of in the event of cancellation of the purchase or the return of the products covered by the offer, whether in whole or in part. In such cases, eXtra’s applicable cancellation, return, and refund policies shall apply.
Tas’heel Finance shall not be liable for any claims or disputes relating to products, orders, shipping, delivery, returns, or any services provided by eXtra or the supplier. Tas’heel Finance’s liability shall be limited to matters relating to the “Baseeta” service, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to the jurisdiction conferred upon competent authorities under the applicable laws and regulations.
Tas’heel Finance shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this offer, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
In the event of late payment of any monthly installment when due, a late payment fee of € 50 shall be added to the outstanding amount.
