1. Home delivery for free!

We offer a free delivery option. When you order selected TV & entertainment, computing, smart tech, large and kitchen products over 99 SR and choose standard delivery. Choose a date convenient to you and our expert delivery team will take care of the rest. You’ll then be notified when your order has been dispatched. If you change your mind anytime up to the date of delivery, you can do this free of charge on the large items.

2. We offer you:

a. Small items

• Confirm your order by 2pm to guarantee same day dispatch.(not applicable in Mega Sale)
• Current published lead times are: Dammam next day - Riyadh 2days - Jeddah 3days - remote cities between 3 and 4 days (not applicable in Mega Sale)
• We will deliver later in the day up to 9pm
• Cash On Delivery available for selected items up to SR 5,000
• You can track your order online at anytime.

b. Large Items & Split A/C

• We will deliver the next day in Metro cities and it will take 2 to 3 days in remote cities
• Place your order before midnight to guarantee your preferred delivery slot
