Having a problem getting your digital code?

Please make sure to check the followings:

  • Your email SPAM folder
  • Your mobile for an SMS from eXtra.com

If you still can’t find the code, please do the following to resend your digital code:

Guest Customer

  • Go to extra.com, and click on Track Order
  • Enter your Order Number and Mobile number used when placing your order
  • Then click Find My Order
  • Under your order details, select the shipment that has your digital code product details
  • Click Resend Digital Code button
  • Enter the verification code sent you via SMS
  • And Click Verify

Registered customer

  • Go to extra.com and sign into your account
  • Click on your profile name and select My Orders
  • Find your order that was placed for your digital code
  • Find the shipment that has your digital code product
  • Click Resend Digital Code button
  • Enter the verification code sent you via SMS
  • And Click Verify
