Samsung Stream Pass offer - Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions consists of a promotion (the “Promotion”) where Samsung customers can benefit from a free of charge subscription on Video On-Demand (VODs) (“Stream Pass”).
- The customer will have the opportunity to redeem the Promotion when activating Samsung TV.
- The Promotion will start from 1st May 2026 till 31 July 2026.
- This Promotion will be available upon purchasing Samsung selected TV models on Samsung official eStore and in Samsung stores and official partners stores through vouchers codes (“Voucher(s) Code(s)”) that are redeemable on Samsung Promo App from 1st May 2026 till 02 August 2026.
- The Vouchers Codes quantity is limited, and provided on a first come first serve basis.
- Samsung customers will get a package of VODs contents from OSN+, STARZPLAY, and WATCH IT linked to a new purchase of Samsung TV from the selected models.
- The StreamPass package consists of the following splits:
- Stream Pass Premium: Up to 3 VODs
- This Promotion is only available for partners’ VODs in KSA.
- The subscription to the all VODs inside the Stream Pass packages is subject to all applicable terms & conditions of all partners involved. Such terms & conditions will be presented to the customer at the time of the subscription on the partners websites or applications.
General Terms
- The Promotion and its related Terms and Conditions are subject to change and update at any time by Samsung.
- The Promotion is not transferable to another Product nor is refundable or exchangeable for another content or service provided by Samsung or partners involved.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future offer/promotion, and is not transferable.
- Samsung will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, suffered in connection with the redemption of the VODs subscription involved.
- Samsung will be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Promotion or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the Promotion Period.
- By participating in this Promotion, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Promotion, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the country of purchase of the Products within the Territory and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in that country.
