Terms and Conditions
- SHAHID's offer of free-months subscription is valid in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when purchasing selected Samsung TVs from eXtra.
- The customer gets SHAHID subscription for up to 12 months based on the purchased TV model, please review the product page online or check with the sales representative at eXtra store to know the exact gifted subscription period.
- To claim Shahid offer, the TV must be purchased between October 12th, 2025, to October 22nd, 2025. Or until stocks last.
- This offer doesn't apply to existing Shahid customers.
- Shahid offer must be activated before 5th of November 2025.
- A valid form of payment is required at the sign-up, but the participant will not be charged until the offer period expires.
- After the offer period, the participant will be automatically charged for the renewal of the subscription of his choice.
- The customer cannot receive the offer value in cash.
- The participant can cancel the trial at no charge at any time before the offer period expires.
- The offer requires you to register on Shahid App to redeem the free trial.
- Participants must check full terms and conditions for the application involved in this offer.
Offer Redemption Steps
In order to redeem the Offer, the Participant must proceed as follows:
- Open Shahid App.
- Create a new account.
- Follow the remaining steps to activate the offer.
General Terms
- By redeeming this offer, the participant understands that eXtra shall not be liable to him/her for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, that he/she may suffer from, or which may arise out of the participation in this offer.
- eXtra shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time prior to or during the offer period.
- Any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these terms and conditions or to the participant using the offer, shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where the offer takes place, and shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
