- These Terms and Conditions apply for the Cashback Guarantee Offer for selected BISSELL products, available during the period between 15 May to 30 June 2025, or whilst stock lasts, whichever comes first.
- This offer is exclusively valid at all eXtra Stores in Saudi Arabia; the offer is not valid on extra.com or the eXtra mobile app.

- Customers can try the product for up to 30 days and return it within 30 days of the purchase date if they are not satisfied.
- This offer is available in eXtra Stores in Saudi Arabia only.
- Returns must be done in-store only; delivery returns are not accepted.
- If not fully satisfied, the customer may fill out the claim form available at eXtra stores and return the product for a money-back guarantee.
- The product must be returned with the original purchase invoice.
- If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method as per the invoice and according to eXtra’s return and exchange policy.
- Customers must provide complete and accurate information on the claim form. Incomplete or unclear forms will be rejected.
- Each family may submit up to two claim forms only.
- By redeeming the offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these special terms and conditions. eXtra’s generic terms apply unless they conflict with these.
- The product must be used according to manufacturer recommendations. Misuse may result in claim rejection.
- The returned product must be in its original working condition, free of dents, scratches, or damage from misuse.
- The return must include the original box and all accessories.
- eXtra reserves the right to verify any submitted claim forms and to reject non-compliant claims at its sole discretion.
- Once the return process is completed, the customer cannot repurchase and claim the same offer again.
- This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing or future promotions.
- eXtra may suspend, terminate, or modify the offer or these terms at any time at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law.
- eXtra shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or damages arising in connection with this offer or its terms.
- Participation in this offer signifies agreement that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and resolved by its competent courts.
