• This campaign is valid from Thursday, May 16th, 2024, till Sunday, June 9th, 2024.
• This campaign is valid at all eXtra stores inside KSA.
• The customer should scan the QR code available in eXtra stores or on the link available on extra.com to register their info and answer the competition’s question on the assigned link of the competition to participate in the draw.
• Draw will run for 30 gifts at eXtra Head Office in Khobar with the presence of a COC representative. Gifts and draw dates are as follows:

• Any participant who has not completed their information or has not answered the question will be excluded from the draw.
• Participants with incomplete information or with no answer to the competition’s question will be excluded from the draw.
• The customer is entitled to one gift only.
• Customer is not obligated to purchase in order to participate in the draw.
• Gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners will be contacted through eXtra with the presence of the COC representative.
• Winner has to provide National ID or Iqama in order to collect the gift.
• Prizes will be handed over to winners within one week of the draw date through Hisense, and in case of no response from any winners to receive their prizes, a draw will run for another winner. eXtra will not be responsible if any winners don’t answer their phones during this period.
• Match Ticket winners will receive a match ticket and an amount of 7,000 SR to cover the trip expenses. The winner should arrange the trip requirements of Visa issuance, flights, and accommodation on their own with no liability on the company.
• If a winner refuses to receive the gift, they will not have the right to demand the gift later on and another winner will be drawn.
• If a winner does not respond within a week from the announcement, they will not have the right to claim the gift later on and another winner will be drawn.
• All staff and their families are excluded from this draw.
• By redeeming the offer, the customer is indicating his agreement to be bound by these special terms and conditions governing this offer only. The other generic Terms and Conditions of eXtra will continue to apply unless it contradicts with these special terms.
• eXtra reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time prior to or during the validity period.
• eXtra shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever and of any kind to the customer that could be related to this offer.
• eXtra will not be liable for any claims under this offer as well.
• These special Terms and Conditions and their amendments from time to time shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of its Courts.
