Terms and Conditions

  • The offer is valid from January 22, 2026, to February 7, 2026.
  • The customer will receive large home appliance maintenance and transport services during the offer period, which include the following:
  • Free device diagnosis.
  • Free pick-up and drop-off service to and from the service center.
  • Service scope is limited to out-of-warranty devices or devices with faults caused by misuse.
  • Spare parts are not included, and their cost will be calculated separately upon customer approval.
  • The company is not obligated to repair the device if this is not possible for any reason, including unavailability of spare parts.
  • Products included in the offer:
    • Washing machines.
    • Refrigerators.
    • Dryers.
    • Cookers.
    • Air conditioners.
    • Dishwashers.

General Terms

  • By redeeming this offer, the participant understands that eXtra shall not be liable to him/her for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, that he/she may suffer from, or which may arise out of the participation in this offer.
  • eXtra shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time prior to or during the offer period.
  • Any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these terms and conditions or to the participant using the offer, shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where the offer takes place, and shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
