Neqaty Points Redemption: Customers can redeem Neqaty points using their registered mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) and the points balance in Saudi Riyals will be sent via SMS.
Redemption Locations: Neqaty points redemption is available at all eXtra Stores within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on extra.com, and on eXtra mobile app.
Minimum Redemption Value: The minimum redemption value is SAR 65, equivalent to 3,000 Neqaty points.
Redemption Frequency: As per Mobily’s terms and conditions, customers can redeem points from Neqaty Partners once a month. However, RAQI customers are permitted to redeem points more than once within the same period.
Points Redemption Cap: Only one mobile number’s points redemption can be applied per transaction.
Refund Policy: Refunds for purchases made with Neqaty points will be issued exclusively via an eXtra gift card—physical gift cards for in-store refunds and electronic gift cards sent by email for online refunds. Cash refunds are not permitted.
Partial Redemption: If a customer redeems Neqaty points for a product valued at less than the redeemed amount, no cash refund will be provided for the difference, and can only be refunded via an eXtra gift card at a minimum value of SAR 10 from the credit.
Promotional Offers: During eXtra promotional events, the ability to redeem points will be at the sole discretion of eXtra and not Mobily.
Acceptance of Terms: By redeeming the offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these specific terms and conditions. eXtra’s general terms and conditions will also apply, except where they conflict with these specific terms.
Modification Rights: eXtra reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time, whether before or during the offer period.
Governing Law: These special terms and conditions, along with any amendments, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
