Buy & Try Offer for Honor Mobiles & Tablets
These Terms and Conditions apply to Buy & Try Offer for Honor mobiles & tablets, available during the period from 1st of March until 31st of March 2026, or whilst stock lasts.
- This offer is valid at eXtra stores and on eXtra website in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
- The customer can try the product for up to 14 days. If the customer is not fully satisfied with the eligible product within this period, it can be returned to eXtra and its purchase value will be refunded in total.
- For pre-order products, the 14-day Buy & Try period begins from the date the customer receives the product. During this period, the customer may return the eligible product and receive a full refund.
- Customer can return the product to any of eXtra stores; return cannot be done through delivery service.
- Product must be returned with the original or electronic invoice.
- To accept the return, the following conditions must apply:
- The device must be returned with the box and in its original condition with no scratches or damages of any kind.
- All gifts or accessories accompanied with the device must be returned in a (not-used) condition
- If the return is approved, the purchase amount mentioned in the purchase invoice will be returned using the same payment method used on the invoice and according to the return and exchange policy of eXtra.
- By redeeming the offer, the customer is indicating his agreement to be bound by these special terms and conditions governing this offer only. The other generic Terms and Conditions of eXtra will continue to apply unless it contradicts with these special terms.
- Customer must use the qualified product according to the recommended usage method. Any misuse that might lead to damage might lead to return rejection.
- eXtra reserves the right at any time to review the accuracy of any claim forms and reserves the right at its sole discretion to disregard any claims that do not comply with terms and conditions.
- Once the product return process is successfully performed, the customer will not be able to reclaim the device.
- This Offer may not be combined with any other ongoing or future promotion/offers.
- eXtra shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to suspend, terminate, or modify the Offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.
- By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
