Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply for Buy & Try Offer for Honor Magic V5 Fold devices, available during the period from 21st of Aug until 30th of Sep 2025, or whilst stock lasts, whichever comes first (the “Validity Period”).
- When customers buy one of the devices included in the offer from eXtra stores or online, they can try the product for a duration up to 14 days and return it within 14 days of purchase date in case they were not satisfied with it.
- This offer is available at eXtra Stores, eXtra App & extra.com in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
- This offer is available when you buy Honor Magic V5 Fold device in the period from 21st of Aug until 30th of Sep 2025 only.
- Customer can return the product to any store of eXtra stores; return cannot be done through delivery service.
- If a customer was not fully satisfied about the qualified product within 14 days of trial usage, they can return the product to eXtra and refund its purchase value.
- Product must be returned with the original purchasing invoice.

To accept the return, the below conditions must apply:
- The device must be returned with the box and in its original condition with no scratches or damages of any kind.
- All gifts or accessories accompanied with the device must be returned in good condition including earphones, travel charger and phone cover.
- Customer will not qualify for “Buy & Try” offer if any of the terms & conditions are not met.
- If the return is approved, the purchase amount mentioned in the purchase invoice will be returned using the same payment method used on the invoice and according to the return and exchange policy of eXtra.
- By redeeming the offer, the customer is indicating his agreement to be bound by these special terms and conditions governing this offer only. The other generic Terms and Conditions of eXtra will continue to apply unless it contradicts with these special terms.
- Customer must use the qualified product according to the recommended usage method. Any misuse that might lead to damage might lead to return rejection.
- eXtra reserve the right at any time to review the accuracy of any claim forms and reserve the right at its sole discretion to disregard any claims that do not comply with terms and conditions.
- Once the product return process is successfully performed, the customer will not be able to take it once more.
- This Offer may not be combined with any other ongoing or future promotion/offers.
- eXtra shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to suspend, terminate, or modify the Offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.
- eXtra shall not be liable to the customer for any losses and/or delays and/or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Order Offer.
- By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
